Sabudana Chana/Chickpeas Vada

Sabudana vada is a traditional Maharastrian snack eaten during fasting / upvas. Give the traditional recipe a twist by replacing potatoes with chickpeas and flavoured with Homemakerz Malgai Podi Masala. This vada (patty) is a fusion between the traditional Sabudana Vada and the Middle Eastern Falafel.
