Succulent chicken pieces with a crispy coating in a delicious tangy, sweet & spicy Homemakerz Oriental Orange Sauce. This Chinese Orange Chicken is ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
1. Cornflour (1 tablespoon)
2. Salt to taste
3. Chilli Powder to taste
4. Vinegar (1 tablespoon)
5. Homemakerz Oriental Orange Sauce (1/2 Cup)
6. Boneless Chicken (250 grams)
7. Flour (1 tablespoon)
Method:
Step 1: Cut the chicken into small pieces
Step 2: Marinate with salt, chilli and vinegar for 30 minutes
Step 3: Add flour and cornflour and deep fry the chicken till crispy
Step 4: In a pan add the Homemakerz Oriental Orange Sauce and the chicken pieces to it and toss it well
Step 5: Make a cornflour slurry with 1 tablespoon of cornflour and water and add to the chicken. Cook till the sauce coats the chicken
Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions
