This Mediterranean Homemakerz Millet Rice Chickpea Salad is healthy, delicious & wholesome!
Ingredients
1. Homemakerz Millet Rice (½ packet of a variant of your choice, cooked as per instructions on the packet)
2. Kabuli Chana/ Chickpeas (1 Cup, boiled)
3. Chopped Cabbage (1 Cup)
4. Assorted Chopped Bell Peppers (1 Cup)
5. Chopped Carrots (1 Cup)
6. Chopped Spring Onions (1 Cup)
7. Homemakerz Sticky Sweet Sauce (2 Tablespoons)
8. Salt to taste
Method
Step 1. Mix all the above ingredients well and add Homemakerz Sticky Sweet Sauce.
Step 2. Toss the salad and enjoy at room temperature or chilled!
