Ingredients
1. Suji (1 cup)
2. Mixed Vegetables (1 cup)
3. Homemakerz Za'atar Salt to taste
4. Water (2 cups)
5. Ghee (2 tablespoons)
6. Fresh Coriander to garnish
Method
Step 1. Roast the suji with ghee till the colour changes slightly.
Step 2. Chop the vegetables of your choice & add to the suji.
Step 3. Add water and Homemakerz Za'atar Salt & put it on sim for a few minutes to cook.
Step 4. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve hot.
