A traditional Punjabi sweet dish made healtheir using Homemakerz Millet Rice! Everyone's favourite during the winter season.
Ingredients
1. Homemakerz Millet Rice (½ Packet of a variant of your choice, cooked as per instructions on the packet)
2. Jaggary/ Gud (½ Cup)
3. Cardamom powder (1Teaspoon)
4. Saffron (2/3 Strands mixed in 2-3 Tablespoons of hot milk)
5. Ghee (2 Tablespoons)
Method
Step 1. Mix Gud in ½ cup of water and melt on low flame.
Step 2. Once the Gud melts, add cardamom powder.
Step 3. Add the Homemakerz Millet Rice and ghee. Gently mix till the liquid from the syrup dries.
Step 4. Add chopped dry fruits and serve hot.
