You'll love this healthy, juicy baked chicken recipe, where boneless & skinless chicken breasts are prepared with Homemakerz Italian Salt & Tomato Basil Sauce & a slight drizzle of olive oil & baking cheese.
Ingredients:
1. Boneless chicken (250 grams)
2. Homemakerz Italian Salt (1 Teaspoon)
4. Homemakerz Tomato Basil Sauce (1 Cup)
5. Chilli flakes (1 Teaspoon)
6. Baking cheese (½ Cup)
7. Olive oil- (1 Tablespoon)
8. Extra virgin olive oil
9. Bread crumbs
Method:
Step 1: Clean and wash the chicken breast and marinate with Homemakerz Italian Salt and olive oil for 30 mins
Step 2: Heat a grill pan and grill the chicken on both sides without overcooking it
Step 3: Remove from heat and put it in a baking dish cover it with Homemakerz Tomato Basil Sauce
Step 4: Add grated cheese over it and breadcrumbs
Step 5: Bake for 10 mins
Step 6: Drizzle with olive oil and serve hot
