This delicious, crispy & spicy fish fry makes for a great appetizer or a side to a meal. Its simple if you have Homemakerz Curry Salt in your pantry!
Ingredients
1. Surmai Fish ( 500 grams)
2. Homemakerz Curry Salt (1 tablespoons)
3. Turmeric Powder (1 teaspoon)
4. Red Chilli Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
5. Lime Juice (1 Lime)
6. Homemakerz Garam Masala (1/2 teaspoon)
7. Mustard Oil for frying
Method
Step 1. Wash & pat dry the fish and marinate it for 30 minutes - 1 hour in all the above ingredients except mustard oil.
Step 2. Heat the mustard oil and shallow fry the fish on both sides until brown & crisp.
Step 3. Serve hot.
