An easy to make delicious chicken recipe smothered in gravy & onions. The secret of course is Homemakerz Grill Salt!
Ingredients
1. Chicken Mince (500 grams)
2. Egg (1)
3. Worcestershire Sauce (1 tablespoon)
4. Salt & Pepper to taste
5. Homemakerz Grill Salt (3 teaspoons)
6. Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup)
7. Vegetable Oil (1 tablespoon)
8. Maida (2 tablespoons)
9. Chicken Stock (2 cups)
10. Onion (1 cup, thinly sliced)
11.Wine (1 tablespoon)
Method
Step 1. Add egg, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs & 2 teaspoons Homemakerz Grill Salt to the chicken mince. Mix well.
Step 2. Make patties of the above mixture.
Step 3. Heat oil in a pan, add the patties & sliced onion. Saute nicely for about 5 minutes. Now take out the patties and keep aside.
Step 4. Stir in the maida now. Add chicken stock, wine & 1 teaspoon of Homemakerz Grill Salt. Allow the gravy to thicken..
Step 5. Add the patties back in the pan & simmer for 7-8 mins with lid on.
Step 6. Serve hot with garlic bread & salad on the side.
Tip: Meat lovers can replace it with mutton, pork or beef.
